Hello, I am Derek the proud owner and trainer at Husky Standard. My journey into the world of dog training, like for many others, began with training my own dog. I knew of the challenges I could face which led me to immerse myself in the study of dog behaviors and training methodologies.  What I learned is that building trust, communication, and respect with your dog begins with a solid foundation of basic obedience training.
